Community Volunteer

Picture
Volunteer community work days have been an on-going  source of support for the farm’s development as well as providing volunteers with an opportunity to experience a brief taste of organic farming and off-grid sustainable living in Hawaii.

Monthly community work days are held on the first Saturday of each month, from 8 am – 1 pm, followed by a shared lunch. If interested, please contact the farm by phone or email beforehand to help with project planning.

Our heartfelt thanks goes out to the many individual volunteers who have shared their energy and support in helping to bring Mohala Farms to life – and to the following volunteer groups that have lent their support so far!
  • Church of the Crossroads
  • Whole Foods
  • UCC Judd Street Church
  • Kokua Market
  • Ho’ola ‘Aina O Mailikukahi Food Sovereignty Conference
  • The Green House
  • Slow Foods Oahu
  • Hawaii Kai UCC
  • Kokua Kalihi Valley
