Our Produce
Our main vegetable crops include collard greens, kale, a variety of lettuces, arugula, green beans, turnips, radishes, tatsoi and tomatoes. Fresh herbs on the farm include parsley, cilantro, thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary, mint, lemongrass and chives. On a seasonal basis - taro, breadfruit and sweet potato. Fruit trees that are growing include papayas, bananas, lilikoi, lemons, limes, mango and avocados.
